Postgres-R is an extension to the relational database system Postgres providing efficient, fast and consistent database replication.
The initialization phase is currently reworked, so that the next
patch release is postponed until after that change.
The recent release will hopefully revive discussions on replication solutions
for Postgres on the Postgres mailing lists.
You are welcome to participate and join the project.
